Northern France.

Northern France - Normandy and Brittany coastline.

Cherbourg.
At the corner from years ago there is a Viking boat. There are lots of seagulls by the fishing boats. They used a red tractor to get the net off the boats, they were smelly.

Playground at Cherbourg.

Carteret.
It was fun playing in the waves.  (note from Mum, they were wearing wellies it was January and very cold but still great fun) The beach had jelly things in the rocks. Nanny and Grandad (Wilde) came in their car, we made paper aeroplanes and played hide and seek.

St Malo.
Grandad (Davis) came. We went to the fair, bumper cars were my favourite. We ate in a restaurant – pizza with a smile on.

Jus de pomme, big glass!

St Cast le Guildo.
There was bumpy rocks, it was fun walking back to the boat climbing on the wall and rocks. The cannon was in the water and they managed to get it up. It was bumpy and solid, it was bounced on the rocks.

St Quay-Portrieux.
We played football on the beach, made castles on the beach and a sand dragon. There is a scallop factory. The fishing boats were dancing.
